November 14, 2014 - "The future of Trades is in good hands". CAREERS: The Next Generation and its partners in industry, government and education celebrated the Trades in Alberta with a discussion about removing barriers to youth employment, and a recognition event for the 385 Registered Apprenticeship Program and Career & Technology Studies students who received a scholarship this year from Alberta Apprenticeship & Industry Training.

October 30, 2014 - "Youth in the Workplace: An Industry Advantage" Survey. We all play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of skilled workers. CAREERS conducted a survey in October and the feedback and insights will be used to help us better understand the value and benefits of early introduction to the trades.
