About

Community Partners

CAREERS works with several organizations in Alberta to create strong, vibrant communities with successful youth populations.

Advisory Committees

CAREERS formed our Advisory Committees to tap into industry leaders, educators and other stakeholders in the specific Alberta regions. These insiders help us learn more about the unique career resource needs of an area and what CAREERS can do to serve those needs.

We currently have Advisory Committees in:

  • Fort McMurray
  • Grande Prairie
  • Lethbridge
  • Medicine Hat

Chinook Regional Career Transitions for Youth

Chinook Regional Career Transitions for Youth improves youth access to career development resources for youth, including students in grades 7-12 and out-of-school youth. Together we provide joint services like career workshops, off-campus education and internship experiences in trades, health and industrial technologies.

South East Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development

South East Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development helps students with the transition from school to work. Through our partnership, CAREERS contributes expert advice, training and resources to this organization to help with the Registered Apprenticeship and health services programs, among others.

CAREERS also partners with hundreds of schools, employers, industry leaders, investors and communities across Alberta.
