Are you a high school student in southeastern Alberta who’s itching to learn more about the oil and gas industry? Then the Production Field Operator Program may be right for you!
The PFO program puts you in the work boots of a Production Field Operator. Starting in Grade 10 you can earn high school credits, attend the fun and interactive EnCana Energy Camp at SAIT Polytechnic in Calgary and gain field experience through four- to five-week paid internships with employers in your area.
To qualify for the program you must:

Be a grade 10 student enrolled in high school full-time

Complete Math 10 Pure or Applied, Science 10, and English 10-1 or 10-2

Be passing all your courses and maintain a 60% (or better) grade average

Have an above 90% attendance record
