
The South Eastern Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development is a multistakeholder group located in Medicine Hat, responsible for programs assisting local students with school to work transition. They are meeting the needs of local business and industry by engaging youth in trades and career preparation within the local region.
Through partnership with CAREERS: The Next Generation, the South Eastern Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development receives expert advice, training, resources and administrative support, particularly for the RAP and Health Services programs.
The mission of the South Eastern Alberta Partners for Youth Career Development is to provide a community-based partnership in South Eastern Alberta that integrates academic, applied learning and career awareness to support youth in their making a successful transition from school to work or post-secondary education.
Their primary goal is through a coordinated effort, youth will have optimal access to career development resources and will be better prepared to take advantage of relevant learning and workplace opportunities.
